Who prepares the paella of your dreams?

We are Javier Siles (the one who appears tallest in the photo) and Lucho Colvée. Do you wonder how two guys with such different backgrounds ended up sharing the same dream? Well, let me tell you a little.

Our meeting was one of those moments that seem to be written in the stars. We met and bam! Boom! The spark of a shared dream arose: to turn our passion for paella into something more than a hobby. Imagine, one of us was a merchant sailor and the other was a lawyer. But that was in the past when we decided to completely change our lives.

Now, here we are, making paellas as if there were no tomorrow! And don't think we take this lightly. Each paella we cook carries with it a little piece of our enthusiasm and great respect for Valencian tradition. The result? Well, I can only tell you that it is an explosion of flavors that will leave you wanting more.

For our creations, we only use the best ingredients. Rice? Of course! We always choose the Albufera de Lucía type, because for us, only the best is enough.
